This policy explains how apps published by Kuldeep Charola handle your information. It covers Gremlin's Gauntlet, Ferry, and other apps listed on this website, except where an app ships its own policy.
The short version: I don't ask you to create an account, and I don't collect or sell your personal information. Your game progress and app settings stay on your own device. The only third-party data collection is advertising in Gremlin's Gauntlet, described below.
These apps save data locally so they can work offline. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to me:
Uninstalling the app, or using "Reset all progress" where available, removes this data.
Gremlin's Gauntlet displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data — including a device advertising identifier — in order to serve and measure ads. This is handled by Google, not by me.
Where required by law, you are shown a consent prompt before personalised ads are used, and you can change that choice at any time from the app's Settings screen. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings; on iOS you can decline tracking when prompted.
Gremlin's Gauntlet offers optional sign-in to Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in, your leaderboard scores and achievements are shared with that service under Google's privacy policy. Signing in is entirely optional — the game is fully playable offline without it.
Ferry transfers files directly between your own devices over your local network. Your files are never uploaded to a server and I never receive them, see them, or store them.

These apps are not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will address it.
Because I don't hold personal data about you, there is normally nothing for me to export or delete. For data held by Google in connection with advertising, please use Google's own privacy controls linked above. You may still contact me with any privacy question.
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it. Significant changes will be noted in the relevant app's release notes.
